A grounding sound journey using shamanic frame drums, Mother Powwow drums and subtle percussion. Designed to slow the mind, deepen awareness and bring participants fully into the present moment.
Part Two: Drum Circle & Collective Rhythm
A high-energy, joy-filled drum circle focused on intuitive rhythm and expression. Participants improvise, connect and build a shared groove using drums, shakers, rattles, cajóns and other percussion. No musical experience needed.
