After a meditation you will be taken on an improvised journey of sacred sound which will last around an hour. I choose instruments that, in the ten years I have looked to sound as a healing tool, I have personally found to be the most powerful.
There is particular emphasis on the transformative vibrations of the gong. The sounds that come out of the gongs are difficult for the human brain to follow, and you will most likely drift into a deep meditative state. This can happen once or many times throughout a session, everyone has their own experience and every session is different.
The gong sound is very good at relieving pain, stress or dealing with personal issues, it tends to bring people to a blissful state that can often last for many days.
The intention of each session is to allow your self to be nurtured, completely relax and let go, floating to a place where you can go deep within, connecting to the seed of who you really are, and simultaneously connect to source. Whilst this is happening your physical body receives a sonic massage from the inside out releasing stored tension and stale energy that you maybe holding on to.
If you wish to lie down please bring a sleeping bag or yoga mat and blanket.
