Intoxicants; In the Buddhist ethical trainings, “mindfulness and clear comprehension” is supported by “abstaining from intoxicants” that could cloud the mind. For many it is a big part of why they are coming; for those in recovery, not being around drugs and alcohol is crucial. Please help us retain the uniqueness of the collective creation that is Conscious Camp by entering into the spirit of this aspect of the Event. For some this is a matter of life or death.

Live in Vehicles and cars

Live In Vehicles must now pay £20, plus £20 for an awning . The site has very limited capacity for vans.  As the number of vans has increased over the years this now leaves less room for campers.

Vehicles must be parked in the designated areas.

Please bring a printout or copy on your phone of your payment with you to the camp as proof of ticket purchase.

Noise

Due to the close proximity of neighbours of the site, and the acoustics of the village, after 23:00 we must be very respectful and keep noise to a minimum.

Conscious Camp Agreements 🌿
We’re co-creating something special here. To keep the space safe, open and enjoyable for everyone, we ask that you move through the camp with awareness and respect for others.
* This is an intoxicant-free space. For many, this environment is deeply important for their wellbeing. If you require medicinal cannabis, please keep it in edible form and let the organisers know beforehand.
* Bring kindness and consideration into all interactions. We’re here to connect, not disrupt.
* As the evenings wind down, we invite a quieter energy after 11pm. Let the fire, conversations and softer sounds carry the night.
* Respect the land, the space, and what’s provided. The wood, facilities and shared resources are for everyone to enjoy.
* You may be captured in photos or videos as part of the camp experience. If you’d prefer not to be included, just let us know.
* Take responsibility for your own wellbeing, belongings, and experience while you’re here.
* Leave no trace. Please take all rubbish home with you so we can keep this space clean and beautiful.
This camp works because of the people in it. When everyone shows up with awareness, respect and openness, it becomes something truly magical ✨

I AGREE NOT TO CONSUME OR DISTRIBUTE ANY INTOXICANTS AND TO THE ABOVE TERMS
